The first thing you have to admit is that there is no short way to success. The way to success is long and this is the real formula of success which consists of some components.
To begin with, if you want to be successful you must work and work and that becomes hard work. But there is no value of doing hard work for a short period of time. There must be consistency in it. Regularity, punctuality and activity are also important.
The second component of this formula is interest. If you don’t have any interest in your work or profession, you are doing nothing but wasting your time. If you are not interested in your work leave it. It is better than doing it half-heartedly.

Really, if you do nothing, how can you get anything? 99% of a success is just a hard training. No pains, no gains! There are no successful people sitting at home and doing nothing! It’s impossible to lie on the sofa all days long and suddenly wake up famous. Can you imagine sportsmen with golden medals who don’t train a lot? A cat in gloves catches no mice!
